Hello, this is Ebru. Welcome to The Fluid You.
I am a Professional Integral Coach, graduate of Centre for Coaching (University of Cape Town) and an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Over the last 10 years, I have coached and mentored 50+ clients for a total of 500+ hours. Majority of my clients have been professionals: leaders, senior executives, entrepreneurs, academics, NGO executives, and individual contributors.
I am a Transformation, Strategy and Marketing expert with 20 years of senior international executive and leadership experience in FMCG sector. Before I became a fulltime professional coach and mentor, my work life spanned across geographies and core business functions, with extensive experience in Business Transformation, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Sales. I led numerous large and small teams, designed and delivered countless team transformation and facilitation sessions, and catalysed the development of hundreds of professionals.
I am an Economist and a Psychologist by profession and completed both of my degrees at Yale University (CT, USA). Having lived and worked in Turkey, US, Switzerland, I currently reside in London, UK. I am bilingual in English and Turkish.
Besides being a transformation expert and professional coach, I am also a wife, friend, and mother.
As a leader, mentor, and coach, I have supported countless others transform into more fulfilled, capable, heartfully open, connected, fluid, complete and genuine versions of themselves. When given the right attention, guidance, and inspiration, I have seen them blossom and light up. I have seen them acquire new skills and capabilities. I have been amazed at their capacity to find their unique voices. I have seen them, felt them, heard them live, love, and learn wholly, purposefully, beautifully.
With each human I coached and mentored, I saw my life transform from within: Catalysing others to rise up to their best selves fulfilled and completed me like nothing I had experienced before. With each human I touched and elevated, I came closer to home, to my purpose. Elevating others is not what I do. It is who I am.
The Fluid You is the culmination of my education, experience, purpose, and passion. It is also my commitment and contribution to a society of happy, successful, fulfilled and purposeful individuals, who, in turn, create harmonious and productive teams, organisations, families, and communities.
